1.風和太陽(The簡短 Wind And The Sun)One day the wind said to the sun, “Look at that man walking along the road. I can get his cloak off more quickly than you can.”

“We will see about that,” said the sun. “I will let you try first.”

So the wind tried to make the man take off his cloak. He blew and blew, but the man only pulled his cloak more closely around himself.

“I give up,” said the wind at last. “I cannot get his cloak off.” Then the sun tried. He shone as hard as he could. The man soon became hot and took off his cloak.

2.翅 膀
一天，我工作的語文炸雞店在關門前出現了一陣搶購狂潮，結果除了雞翅外所有的簡短東西都賣完了。當我正準備鎖門時，語文一名喝醉了的簡短旅客進來要進餐。我問他翅膀行不行，語文他從柜臺上靠過身子來，簡短回答道：“女士，語文我到這兒來是簡短吃東西的，不是語文要飛！”
Wings
The簡短 fried-chicken restaurant where I was working had a big rush just before closing one day, leaving us with nothing to sell but wings. As I was about to lock the doors, aa quietly intoxicated customer came in and ordered dinner. When I asked if wings would be all right, he leaned over the counter and replied, "Lady, I came in here to eat, not fly."

然而他第三次嘗試又落空。
“哇！”他突然跳了起來，“原來我是第一流的投手！”
A little boy wears a cap, and holding a bat and a baseball,standing in his yard."I'm the greatest batter in the world!"he is full of confidence.He throws the ball to the sky,and swings the bat,but he doesn't hit the ball.But he doesn't lose his heart,he does it again,and shouts:"I'm the greatest batter!"But he doesn't hit the ball this time,either.He checks the ball and the bat carefully,and then stands up,tries again.This time he still tells himself:"I'm the greatest batter!"However,he loses again.
"Wow!"he suddenly jumps up,"Actually,I'm the best pitcher!"
4.兩只鳥
課堂上，老師問：“這里有兩只鳥，一只是燕子，一只是麻雀。誰能指出它們分別是哪只？”一個學生說：“我指不出，但我知道答案。”老師很驚訝：“請告訴我們。”學生回答：“燕子在麻雀旁邊，而麻雀在燕子旁邊。”
Two Birds
In the class,the teacher asks:"Here are two birds， one is a swallow， the other is sparrow. Now who can tell us which is which? "
A student says:"I cannot point out but I know the answer. "
The teacher is suprised:"Please tell us."
The student answers:"The swallow is beside the sparrow and the sparrow is beside the swallow."
