掌握基本的面試技巧，面試時多注意細節問題顯得非常重要。

1、板書的時候忌諱無聲板書、長時間課堂空白，可以在板書的同時結合問題和內容，做適當的講解。說話寫字速度不能太慢。太慢了大家會懷疑你的做事效率。字不要太差。可以適當看看講稿，自然地看即可，不能照著講稿讀，因為評委和你的講稿是一致的。

2、試講的內容和原來的教學設計可以有不一致的地方，在試講完畢，時間還有的情況下，做一個簡短的說課（說明），讓評委知道你的設計意圖和理論依據。在課中也可以適當穿插對學情、教材、學法、教法的說明。

3、教學設計各個環節和要素盡可能完整、完善，教學流程可以擬出恰當的小標題，吸引評委注意力。

4、試講時沒有學生參與，但是同樣要體現自主、合作和探究的學習方式以及新課程教學理念，可以通過教師的模擬對話或者講解呈現。如小組討論、分組學習、課前的預習等等。要有師生互動，即使面對老師講課，也要體現學生活動。

5、可以在某個具體環節提供幾套教學方案，把教師的預設體現得很充分，同時又能充分體現教師把握生成的基本素養。

6、課堂重點突出，一到兩點就夠的，其它的不講或略講，決不可面面俱到。

7、要深挖課文，對思想內容有獨到見解。這是最難的，也是最重要的，它體現老師的水平。文章思路不是重點，一般文章思路都很清晰，生都看得清，不需要作為課堂重點。

8、盡快切入重點。詳講重點（也就是能出彩地方），不然導入太長，其它雜七雜八的東西太多會沖淡重點。試講時，可以省掉作家作品介紹，字詞檢查等次要內容。深挖重點，然后再點一下文章其它部分，勾出文章整體思路，給人以整體感。分析重點段落時，集中落腳到關鍵句，關鍵詞，這樣才具體而實在，不然籠而統之，難以講清。分析也細致不下去，要分析細致必然落腳到文中字詞，這樣又緊扣了教材，不致于犯脫離課文的毛病。

9、發揮不宜太多，太多了也會沖淡主題。或者更直接地說，講課像寫文章一樣，圍繞中心（重點）行文，廢話（可引起學生興趣）盡量少講或不講。
